We Worship in a Leased Space
We want the security of knowing that we have a permanent home or a home for a long time. The current location was made to be a furniture store. It was not made to bear the traffic of 1000s of people…size and infrastructure (i.e. bathrooms, a/c, electrical, flow, etc).
We Need More Parking of Our Own
65% of our parking is borrowed. We are at the will of our neighbors on whether we can use their spaces. If we have a new neighbor, they may not want us to use their space or might need it on a Sunday. Currently we cannot use all the parking available to us on a weekend during weekly events (i.e. Girlfriends, Student Events, Men’s events, etc).
We Have Purchased Just Under 14 Acres of Land
This property is on the border of Keller & Southlake.
It is estimated that 50,000 cars drive by this property everyday.
This is an ideal location just 1/2 mile east of our current leased Keller campus.
This will allow easy access from the surrounding communities of Northeast Tarrant County.
We Have an Opportunity to Build a Home That is a Visual Gift to the City
This opens the door to fulfill longheld dreams for creativity, kids spaces, and community impact.
BECAUSE OF YOUR SACRIFICE, HERE IS WHERE WE ARE.
We have given almost $4 million towards building A Place to Call Home.
