Job Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with Keystone Church’s mission. This role oversees marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent branding, effective messaging, and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate has expertise in digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, content creation, and data analysis. They will lead a team of internal and external partners, and leverage data-driven strategies to optimize outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with church objectives.

Identify target audiences and craft messaging strategies that effectively engage them.

Design, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital ads, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SMS, print, billboards, and podcasts.

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Market Research & Audience Insights

Conduct market research to understand audience demographics, behaviors, and engagement trends.

Monitor industry trends, social media insights, and congregational feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
Brand Management & Content Oversight

Ensure all marketing efforts align with Keystone Church’s voice, values, and messaging.

Maintain visual and written branding standards across all platforms.

Oversee the development of engaging content for the website, social media, blog, and marketing materials.

Work with the Creative Team to ensure excellence in design, storytelling, and branding.
Budgeting & Performance Analysis

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Track campaign performance and key metrics, using data to measure ROI and optimize spending.

Utilize marketing analytics tools to assess engagement, growth, and effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and equip a team consisting of in-house staff, volunteers, and contracted partners.

Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and foster collaboration within the team.

Work closely with church leadership, ministry teams, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with broader church goals.
Community & Customer Engagement

Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and church involvement.

Identify innovative ways to build relationships with the church and broader community through marketing initiatives.
Must-Haves

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of various marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
