Internship Overview
The Keystone Church Summer Internship Program is an opportunity for students and young adults to develop leadership skills, gain real-world ministry experience, and grow spiritually while serving in a dynamic church setting. Whether you feel called to ministry or want to develop valuable skills for your future career, this internship is a great next step.
Interns will work alongside experienced ministry leaders, engage in intentional discipleship, and take part in special events, weekend services, and hands-on projects that make a real impact.
Internship Details
Eligibility
- Open to students and young adults between ages 16-26.
- Paid positions are generally reserved for young adults who are at least one year post high school graduation.
Internship Types
- Paid & Unpaid Part-Time Internships Available
- Paid positions are limited and based on experience, availability, and ministry needs.
Internship Areas
Internships are available in the following ministry areas:
- Kids Ministry
- Student Ministry
- Young Adults
- Worship
- Production
- Communications
Time Commitment
- Interns must be available for weekend services, special events, and select weekdays (weekday availability varies by ministry area).
- A customized schedule will be created to balance intern needs and ministry requirements.
Time Off Policy
- Interns should indicate known time off in their application.
- Time off requests must be approved by the ministry leader and should be submitted as early as possible.
