The Preschool Ministry Admin plays a crucial role on the Keystone Kids team, providing essential support to our preschool ministry by assisting the Keystone Kids Director and preschool area Staff with administrative and organizational tasks. This position is perfect for someone passionate about using their skills to advance our mission: loving people where they are and helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update ministry documents, including spreadsheets, meeting notes, and team processes.
  • Communicate with Servant Leaders (volunteers) in the preschool ministry.
  • Manage and prepare preschool curriculum for weekends and events.
  • Ensure preschool areas are clean, organized, and set up for weekends/events.
  • Track and update team expenses.
  • Manage preschool ministry supplies and order as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Keystone Kids Director and preschool staff.

Qualifications

  • Uphold Biblical priorities in your own growing relationship with Jesus, healthy relationships with your spouse and children (if applicable), and a healthy purpose in life and work
  • Must be collaborative, creative, innovative. Must show initiative, be able to meet deadlines, have strong communication verbal and written skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing or competing priorities. Must be able to manage multiple demands. Must be open minded, driven to succeed, have a “can-do” attitude, and must continually seek new ways to grow personally and professionally.
  • Experience with Planning Center Online, OR the ability to learn how to use this church management software quickly.
  • Experience using Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google office applications.
  • Administrative experience in a professional office setting is a plus.
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
